Cancellation Policy 

Please provide us with 8 hour notice if you need to change, cancel, modify or reschedule an existing appointment out of respect for the therapist and other clients. I respect your time and schedule, I hope you do too.

Warning ⚠️ 

First time late cancellation/modification, late arrival or no-show:

  • A credit card will be required to schedule future appointments

  • Any vouchers or certificates associated with that appointment will be considered as redeemed right away

Second time:

  • Your credit card will be charged a fee equal to 100% of all the services scheduled

  • If you have pre-paid waxing series, one of them will be redeemed right away

Check In Policy

Plan to arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to complete any appropriate client forms, if needed.

  • We appreciate your time and we hope you do too. If you are more than 8 minutes late for your appointment we will do our best to accommodate you. However we can not guarantee we will receive your service and the policies above will take place. Please give yourself some extra time to find our location, park and arrive on time for your service.

Product Policy

Prices on both services and products are subject to change without notice.

Defective products must be returned within 10 days, to receive credit or exchange only. No cash refunds.

Service and salon policies

Wax Haus reserves the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.

No cash refunds will be given back for any gift certificates sold.

The promotional value of any pre-paid series expires after 3 months of inactivity (last appointment at our studio), please use them accordingly. Unused monies/balance can be applied towards future services or products. No cash refunds.
