A deposit is required in order to schedule an appointment at my studio. Zelle or venmo payment is accepted. No credit cards for the deposit, but you can pay the balance using a card. I accept cash, cards, venmo and zelle payments
Please come alone to your appointment. Your partner or best friend, and children above 2 yrs old, are not allowed in the room, especially if you’re getting an intimate waxing service. They can wait for you in our waiting area
All new clients must submit online this “Client Form”

When you arrive, have a seat in our waiting lounge and I will come meet you there

Your health & safety is my top priority. I am certified in disinfection & infection prevention.
I strive to provide you with a comfortable & safe environment. I use a hospital-grade disinfectant, that kills all bacteria & viruses in just a few minutes (including Covid-19).

*Please notify me asap if you're feeling sick in any way or have been around anyone who is/was sick. If you come in with any signs of having a common cold, being sick in any way, have congestion and/or sniffling, you will be asked to reschedule. Your deposit won’t be returned if you come to your appointment sick, but if you notify me ahead of time your deposit will be used towards your next appointment
Cancellations and Deposit Policies
These policies apply to new and existing clients at all times and for every visit.
Please notify me 48 hours in advance before your scheduled appointment day & time, if you need to change, cancel, modify or reschedule your services in order to avoid the booking fees listed below. I respect your time and schedule and I hope you do too. I try my best to accommodate you but sometimes it’s not possible.
These policies are also listed on my booking system and on the Client Form you signed and submitted online.

For any missed appointment, late cancellation/modification, late arrival (more than 5 minutes) or a ‘no-show’:
A booking fee equal up to 50% of all the scheduled services you missed that day is required in order to book an appointment at my studio again. This applies to clients that have prepaid waxing series as well.
In addition a full price booking deposit will be required for all future bookings.
Venmo or Zelle payment will be accepted, no credit cards for deposits and late fees.
All booking deposits are non-refundable if you miss or cancel an appointment with less than 48 hrs notice. No credits or refunds will be given.
If you have prepaid waxing series, a booking deposit will be required to secure the appointment.
Any discounts or offers associated with that appointment will not be honored for future appointments.
Spa Policies
Wax Haus and Skin reserves the right to refuse a service at any time, to anyone, for any reason
Customers are advised, any inappropriate behavior or language will not be tolerated
Defective products must be returned within 10 days, to receive credit or exchange only. No cash refunds
Facials or face waxing services will not be performed on anyone with a current cold sore breakout (Herpes Simplex I) until your breakout is all healed and gone
No refunds for any gift certificates sold. You can use that money as credit towards other services or products
The promotional value/discount of any pre-paid series expires after 2 months of inactivity (last appointment at our studio), please use them accordingly. If your series are expired, I will calculate the full fee of each service you used so far, and give you a refund based on the amount you prepaid
Most of the waxing services have price range fees, the total balance will depend on time and amount of wax product used for your services that day
