Our Hillcrest studio is conveniently situated between North Park and University Heights, with easy access and a central location. We offer FREE parking in a private lot for clients, along with ample free street parking nearby. Our treatment room is cozy, clean, and welcoming—designed to provide a calm, safe, and relaxing experience from the moment you arrive.
Please note: We are located upstairs and do not have an elevator. Stairs are required to access the studio.

To maintain comfort and privacy, we ask that you arrive alone. Partners, friends, and children over the age of 2 are not permitted in the treatment room. Guests are welcome to wait in our reception area
Please arrive on time: A 5-minute grace period is allowed; late arrivals beyond this may disrupt our schedule

appointment Policies
These policies apply to all clients—new and returning—and for every visit, including those with prepaid series.
48-Hour Notice Policy: We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations, reschedules, or appointment changes. You can contact us via call, text, or email. We value your time and strive to provide the same courtesy in return.

Late Changes & Cancellation Fees: Appointment changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee and/or require full prepayment for future bookings. Missed appointments without notice (no-shows) will require full prepayment before any new appointments can be scheduled.
Waxing Series Policy: Prepaid waxing series must be scheduled with no more than 4 weeks between appointments. Promotional pricing expires after 2 months of inactivity. If no appointments are booked within that timeframe, previously completed services will be recalculated at regular rates, and any remaining value will be issued as spa credit, redeemable toward services or products.
Credit & Refund Policy: We do not offer cash or credit card refunds. Spa credit may be issued when applicable and is valid for products or services. No refunds or credits are given for late cancellations or no-shows.
Health & safety
Your well-being is always a priority. I maintain a clean, safe environment using hospital-grade disinfectants that eliminate bacteria and viruses quickly and effectively
If you're feeling unwell—including cold symptoms, congestion, or sniffling—please reschedule your appointment. Services will not be performed on clients who are sick
Facials and facial waxing cannot be performed during an active cold sore (Herpes Simplex I) outbreak. Please wait until the area is fully healed before booking
Male Waxing Notice: We do not offer full-face or beard waxing for male clients. Services such as brows, nostrils, and ears are available
Brazilian Wax Prep: Kindly shower before your appointment
Disclosure: All services involve close physical proximity and touch over extended periods of time. While precautions are taken, this may increase the risk of exposure to illnesses
