I’m available in Alpine - East County - twice a month on a Monday. You can see my exact availability for both locations in my booking system. Please book online or call/text with any questions

Please come alone to your appointment. Your partner, best friend or children above 2 yrs old, are not allowed in the room, especially if you’re getting an intimate waxing service. They can wait for you in our waiting area
All new clients must submit online this “Client Form”
Come fresh and clean. Please shower before a Brazilian wax appointment

1981 Arnold Way, Alpine, CA 91901. Located inside “Head East Salon”. Seeing clients there twice a month on a Monday. Please check my booking system for the exact monthly availability.
Your health & safety is my top priority. I am certified in disinfection & infection prevention.
I strive to provide you with a comfortable & safe environment. I use a hospital-grade disinfectant, that kills all bacteria & viruses in just a few minutes (including Covid-19).
*Please wear a mask, if you are uncomfortable in any way but don’t come in sick.
*Please notify me asap if you are sick or congested in any way. If you come in sick or with any signs of having a common cold, congestion and/or sniffling, you will be asked to reschedule. Your deposit will be forfeited, but if you notify me ahead of time your deposit will be used towards your next appointment.
Appointment Policies:
These policies apply to new and existing clients, for every visit and for all appointments, including those with prepaid series.
48-Hour Notice Policy: We kindly request that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule, cancel, or modify your appointment for any reason, in order to avoid the booking fees listed below. You can reach us via call, text, or email. We strive to respect your time and schedule, and appreciate the same in return.
Please arrive on time: A 5-minute grace period is allowed; late arrivals beyond this may disrupt our schedule and incur booking fees.

Fees & Policies: A credit card and/or a deposit is required to book an appointment with us. A request to change, modify or cancel an appointment made with less than 24 hours' notice (for any reason or excuse) will result in a 50% charge of the total services booked, applied to the card on file. This policy also applies to clients with prepaid series. We do not provide refunds or credits for late cancellations or missed appointments.
In the event of a missed appointment/no-show without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of all the booked services. Any booking deposits will be forfeited.
A client with a history of two late cancellations or tardiness will not be able to book another appointment with us and/or a full pre-payment will be required via Venmo.
Discounts or promotional offers associated with late cancellations of any kind will not be transferable or honored for future bookings.
Prepaid Waxing Series Policy: Waxing series require pre-booked appointments with no more than 5-6 weeks of each other. If the hair is overly long due to extended time between visits, an additional 25% fee of the service will be required to cover extra time and product used.
The promotional pricing expires after 2 months of inactivity. If no appointments were scheduled within this period, completed services will be recalculated at standard rates, and any remaining balance will be issued as spa credit, redeemable for services or products. Please note: Cash or credit cards refunds are not available - only spa credit can be issued.

Spa Policies
We reserve the right to decline a service to anyone at any time and for any reason
Customers are advised, any inappropriate behavior or language will not be tolerated
Defective products must be returned within 10 days, to receive credit or exchange only. No cash refunds
Facials or face waxing services will not be performed on anyone with a current cold sore breakout (Herpes Simplex I) until your breakout is all healed and gone
Gift certificates are non-refundable, the value of a certificate can be used as credit towards services or products
Variable Pricing Structure: The prices for our waxing services vary based on individual factors, including hair growth, the amount of product required, and the time needed to achieve optimal results
DISCLOSURE: You understand all spa and waxing services involve touching and close physical proximity over an extended period of time, and that there is an elevated risk of disease transmission, including COVID-19
